2016 / Production by Enrique Melgarejo

This is the work of intuition, which dictates that my desires and frustrations manifest themselves at all costs.
This is a short contemporary choreographic piece involving a real man, a small chair, and a wooden stool. With a simple structure that plays with improvisation and silence, this solo manages to draw the viewer into an emotional state from which it is possible to contemplate the vulnerability of the human element that voluntarily presents itself in this piece.
He, for his part, uses a restrained approach to breathing, gesture, and balance to regulate tension, thereby placing an assertive body in the stage space, even when the anecdote itself remains unintelligible.
